I completely endorse the coaching that I received from Victor Ruiz. The sessions have helped me to understand and identify opportunities to change my perspective, to tap into my strengths to create a vision for my success, and to develop tactical plans to take action steps to accomplish my goals. Victor facilitates our sessions with encouragement and thought provoking questions to help me to strategize for my own journey. He does not direct or control the conversation, and creates a safe and comfortable environment, allowing me to be candid and transparent about myself. Stacey M.
Victor Ruiz is an amazing transformational coach. I had the opportunity to be coached by Victor this year. He asks powerful, thought provoking questions that equipped me with greater vision to achieve my goals. The decision at hand was to reevaluate my current career situation. Through Victor’s coaching, I gained insight of my potential, marketable skills and networking experiences needed to advance. I came to my own conclusions but was coached in such a manner that I understood various angles of potential career changes. We did a “deep dive” on some values that influencers had taught me when I was young. Realizing, I no longer needed to hold onto and/or at least reexamine these values and how these values fit or no longer fit, into my current and future life. Randy M.
